本科毕业于中国科技大学,博士毕业于华盛顿大学 (圣 路易斯)。

以人细胞和小鼠为模型研究人及哺乳动物microRNA的生成机制,及microRNA对人疾病的调控机理。在Nature、Molecular Cell、PNAS、EMBO、Nucl. Acids Res.等期刊发表多篇文章。
